The apartments are spacious and well equipped.

The ground and middle floor apartments sleep eight people.

Both of which have three bedrooms – 2 twin rooms (which can be converted into doubles), a bunk room, and a double sofa bed in the main lounge area.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower-room with WC and separate WC.

These two apartments can be linked for large groups by use of internal stairs between them.
 

The top floor sleeps six and consists of two bedrooms-1 double and 1 twin (which can be converted into a double).

This room has an en-suite bathroom.

There is a separate bathroom with WC, an open plan lounge with a double sofa-bed, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The area is renowned for the wealth of activities it offers and caters for both family groups and hardcore activists.

Guillestre overlooks the Durance Valley and from the apartment you have fine views of the surrounding peaks.

Looking up the valley you can see the snowy peaks of the Ecrins; and close by are the Queyras, a mountain area that offers outstanding walking in spectacular surroundings.

The whole region is a paradise for mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of single track crisscrossing the surrounding terrain.

Those in search of serious downhill and bike parks will want to visit several of the local ski resort such as Les Orres, Vars and Montgenèvre.

In the height of summer they run lifts giving access to a web of fast technical descents that deliver you back breathless and ready for the next uplift.

Road cyclists can 'enjoy' several of the infamous Tour de France cols (Izoard, Galibier, Vars and Agnel).

In an area that boasts 300 days sun a year, water sports are extremely popular and this region is famous for the kayaking on its white-water rivers.

For those who just enjoy messing about in the water there's rafting; and a short fifteen minute drive gets you to Serre-Ponçon, a 32km long lake where you can swim, sail or just relax.
